Fort Ann Town Court is held every Wednesday @ 10:00 a.m. except where there is a month that has 5 Wednesday's & there is no court on the 5th Wednesday.
The Washington County District Attorney's Office is here the 1st & 3rd Wednesday of every month.
Evictions & Small Claims Court Cases can be scheduled on the 2nd,4th,&5th Wednesday of each month.
